In our never ending quest for world pop culture domination and subjugation it’s safe to say that we’re a little bit excited. It seems that that the good people of Wizard World have foolishly gracefully asked 5D to take part in one of their events.
As was mentioned in our previous post here at 5DHQ, Wizard World Comic Con currently have their online expo going full steam ahead with remote panels, offers, appearances, re-watch parties for a whole heap of pop culture goodies events!
This weekend it was the turn of the Starship Troopers as Wizard World brought you cast members Casper Van Dien, Dina Meyer and Jake Busey. The actors took part in a free, interactive and moderated live video Q&A. You can see the recorded session via links on Wizard World’s website and Facebook page.
So how does 5D fit into this, I hear you ask…..well…..
This Friday I will be representing 5D on the Starship Trooper re-watch panel. Wizard World and myself will be attending the 45 minute event, where they’ll be sharing a number of clips clips from the panel and we nerd out over our love for the characters and the film/series. Of course I will no doubt shy away from talking about anything 5D related or even, perish the thought, talking about myself…… after all, that would be far too shallow of me…..wouldn’t it?!
