Dicetale Games launched the Kickstarter campaign for its dark fantasy tabletop RPG on the 4th of April and has now passed the 75.000 Euro mark that unleashed its second stretch goal.

New stretch goals and add-ons were introduced a couple of days ago, offering an even higher value for money than when the project achieved full funding within a day after debuting on the crowdfunding platform. All Blood and Doom products are to be distributed by Modiphius, one of the independent tabletop game industry’s most prolific companies.

The Blood and Doom Primer Bundle, includes more than 500 pages out of the three core rulebooks, as well as a world map of Athyr, and a sample of the original soundtrack by Knut Avenstraup of Conan Exiles fame. Dicetale Games have also included the full Faces of Evil adventure and four pre-generated Characters to go along with it! In this intensely thrilling 112-page adventure, the PCs will be investigating a recent string of disappearances and murders in the Ethennian trade city of Ashar, where people have started to believe that malevolent supernatural forces are responsible for what has been happening.

About the 75.000 Euro Stretch Goal
All of the Blood and Doom backers will receive a full-color map of the Athyrian solar system, complete with its two suns, Athyr’s five moons, and their celestial alignments. But that’s not all, as this stretch goal also includes a calendar for the three notations used on Athyr, complete with the special events celebrated on specific dates, such as Mythic Revelries, Grand Celebrations, Arcane Conclaves, Sacred Rites, and Hallowed Evenings. Both the solar system map and the calendar will be made available as PDFs to all backers, but those who have entered a pledge of Disciple or higher will even get printed versions, to be included in their final packages!

In addition, Dicetale Games will be adding detailed double-sided maps for each of Athyr’s known five regions: Ethennia, Ishta, the Sundered Wastes, Evandyr, and the Islands of Roshan. One side will have hexes printed on it, the other side will not include any overlay whatsoever. This Region Map Set will also be available as a print Add-On for a scant €20.

On the 12th of April, they added the option to get all their adventures in print as a Kickstarter Add-On! All adventures that are already available, that have been unlocked, and that will be unlocked at a later date can be ordered in full-colour softcover books.
